We got a glimpse of their possible romance in book 1 of this series, but now we get to see their full story unfold. Isaac and Mia, their attraction is undeniable, but her past could cause them to never reach their full potential.
Isaac is open about who he is and what he wants and he's not afraid to admit it. Convincing Mia their relationship is worth everything to him just might be the hardest thing hes ever done, but the man is stubborn if nothing else and will do whatever it takes.
Mia has a past and secrets so crazy trusting anyone is darn near impossible, but a man with romantic interests in her has the hardest time of all proving to be trust worthy. She is strong and fierce and when it comes to her family she'll do anything to protect them.
Mia also has had some pretty tough times in the past when it comes to men and it has made her weary of them now. Fun is ok, but anything more is off limits.
Throughout their story we see her grow as she begins to see the possibilities or being with a good man and accepting her unique gift.
Isaac is an absolute sweetie and I loved him all the way. I rooted for him to find his happiness the whole story.
These two have their share of troubles and the story is so well written you feel like you are right their with them. Very enjoyable read and this series is an absolute must to read!
