Dylan is going to her cheating ex's wedding. Why? Because she made the cake, a delicious masterpiece that she just has to see how it turned out. And she wants some slutty wedding sex. What she wasn't expecting was sexy Reese and the hottest sex of her life, right afterwards he apologizes and runs off. The wouldn't be so bad if her best friend didn't drop a huge bomb on her lap about him!!! Reese is great in the best ways but his reputation causes Dylan to be careful around him to make sure she doesn't fall for him. He is sweet and caring and it confuses her because flings aren't supposed to be like that...Right?
Dylan is a master baker and you can see her love and passion for what she does. She's got a great sense of humor that she bring out all the time to help get out of awkward situations. Her best friends are hilarious and I absolutely LOVED them!!! Reese was easy going happy to just go with the flow, while at the same time pushing boundaries to his advantage.
The story was ok but it felt like it revolved around just one issue going over it again and again and it left me wanting. There are parts where I would've liked to see more depth from them and because it wasn't there throughout I had a harder time falling for the characters and their story. Overall the story got there in the end and wrapped everything up in a great way, it was just the in between that dragged a bit for me.
