After finishing culinary school, she returns home to Baton Rouge. She finds herself living under the same roof as Liam and they quickly realize they are like oil and water. He hates how perfect she is, and she can’t stand his treatment of women.

Both Liam and Clove are accustomed to letting others see only what they want them to see, each hiding behind false pretenses.

What happens when polar opposites realize that their hatred of one another is really attraction? Will they succumb to the allure? What happens when the things that you fight so hard against are the very things you need the most in the world?

Here we have Liam...The player.
The guy who is not afraid to pick up a chic two minutes after he meets here for a little heated action only to walk away seconds later without looking back. He has no desire to have anything with any of them...they are just a reliever from the tension of everyday life.

And then there is Clove...Dade's little sister. She has had a rough life. Loosing her parents and having only her brother she falls into the arms of the wrong man. A man who used her and then broke her. When she finds herself in LA alone and scared of what the future holds she turns to her older brother once again to help her through it all.

The problem is after tour when they return to Baton Rouge...Liam and Clove butt heads. They live in Dade's home and the fact that Clove has repeatedly found him with women throughout the home repulses her. Yet she is drawn to him as well. The thing is they share a past...but he doesn't remember it. She has never forgotten it.

Will these two be able to move passed the drama and tension or will they drive one another insane?

Without spoiling anything within this series I have to say this...Don't pass it up. This group of characters is one that leaves you keep wanting more.
I can't wait to see what the next books holds.
