Fighter Boy by Ann B. Harrison

Fighter Boy (The Club, #2)

Ryan has never had any trouble getting sex, especially after a big fight.
When a new doctor is employed to look after the cage fighters, he rethinks his lifestyle. Unfortunately for him, Teddy hates the sport and is only working at the centre under pressure. The sexy tattooed man might make her girlie bits flutter but her head is telling her he is nothing but trouble. After her sister in law died at the hands of a fighter, she wants nothing to do with him. Once she finds out he is also rich and co-owns the Club, she digs her toes in even more.
Determined to win her over, Ryan tries to change her mind and it is when she is faced with her worst fear, that Teddy sees him for the man he really is.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Seeing his brother truly happy with Lizzie makes Ryan wish for the same thing, and the new Doc for the fighters gets his blood flowing. He's determined to have her and he's willing to do what it takes, no matter what she says, because when they get up close and personal he can see the heat in her eyes.

Teddy is forced to work with the fighters to pay off the debt she owes her Uncle. She never expected this to be the favor he would call in when he loaned her the money, but now she stuck. Working there day after day brings back memories she'd rather leave in the past, but the past has ways of coming back to haunt you. Ryan is sexy she'll be the first to admit it, but his man whoring ways and his job in the ring turn her off.

Ryan is persistent when he wants to be and knows that when he sees something he thinks would be good for him he goes after it with a vengeance. He's sweet and caring and a total Alpha male. He loves those he calls family and will do anything for them.

Teddy has had a rough go of it with life, but all she wants is to help people. She didn't become a doctor for the money she did it because it was her way of helping others. When it comes to family there's nothing more important, at the end of the day as long as their happy and healthy she's happy too. Until Ryan knocks her on her butt and shows her how to really live.

Two stubborn personalities which one will come out on top?
