But Cal's got some plans of his own. Plans that involve Iliona, a candle-lit room and some up close and personal time with himself and his 'twin' Granite.

When he and his partner rescue Candy from an attack in a deserted alley, all Rhod's decisions are put to the test. Can he hold out against a woman with Christmas spirit in her heart, or will he lose his own in the process?
'Close Protection'
Ashlee Bishop is a bar owner. She was a happy bar owner until a bunch of pixies turned up demanding protection money. As a garden-variety human, she knows she doesn't have the ability to deal with the pixies, so she calls in the Paranormal Protection Agency to sort the problem out.
What she doesn't expect is for the pixies to come back before the agency can get to the bar, or the hot as hell werewolf who shows and starts teaching pixies how to fly. The hard way.
She certainly doesn't expect to be able to command his wolf... or to have to when the shit hits the fan.

Hard as a Rock
Iliona works for the Paranormal Protection Agency what she wasn't expecting was for her work to follow her home and protect her. When her ex comes to her door and tries to attack her it's Cal, a gargoyle, fro her work that comes to her rescue. He's hard in all the right places and while she has always tried to keep work and home separate there's no stopping the fun these two are about to have.
Iliona is a strong woman who knows what she wants and goes after it, she's not afraid to speak her mind no matter who it offends.
Cal is a man of few words but what he does say and his actions speak volumes.
Short hot and steamy this one is a makes your panties melt good read.
Between a Rock and a Hard Place
Iliona and Cal have been together for six months and while he's still a man of few words he always knows what Iliona wants and always wants to protect her. When a break in at the office leads to her accidentally groping her rescuer who is not Cal as she thought, but his twin brother Gran things for her are about to get a little more wild.
When Iliona trusts she does it fully and so she trusts Cal about his brother she doesn't care if happiness comes in an out of the box kinda way.
One gargoyle is intense two is just out of this world and there's twice the fun to be had.
Protect and Service
Eloise is determined to not let her bastard of an ex husband get the last laugh, he cursed her so every man she tries to go on a date with will have something horrible happen to him weather it be pink and green acne or a nose to rival Pinocchio or allot of other afflictions, but word has now spread and no man will go near her. So she turns to the PPA to find a date who's not a man.
Jared is smoking hot and sexy and oh yeah he's a wolf, and his nose just picked up something he never expected. He's found himself a mate and he's not about to let her go. Let the seduction begin.
Eloise has had her confidence bent but not broken and while she's unsure at times she's doesn't let it get her down. She's strong and resourceful when it comes to what she wants. She won't let others get her down and that goes especially for her ass of an ex.
Jared is smooth and intense he pays attention to his woman and knows what she wants, but also what she needs.
Seduced by Santa
Candy is so screwed, her origination was broken into and now all the money for underprivileged kids Christmas is going to repairs on top of that her Santa bailed on her so not even the costumed man will be there to put a smile on the kids faces. But things have a way of working themselves out and she's about to see the true spirit of Christmas, until five men attack her in a dark alley.
Rhod hates Christmas and being a Santa that's really saying something, but this year fate is working their magic on him and showing him how Christmas can really be in the from of a petite woman who only wants to help others.
This story is longer than the others in the series so far so you get more of a story in there. It's not all sex and sweaty action. I loved seeing Rhod open up and see there's more than just selfishness out there. Candy worked hard to overcome the way her family thinks she left them all behind to do something good. These two are a perfect match and I loved seeing their story play out.
Close Protection
Ashlee is being bullied, but she's not one to take it lying down, so she calls in the PPA to fix her pixie problem. So when it turns into a wolf problem too she knows she's in a mess, you don't just go hitting a wolf with a broken chair and expect to live to tell the tale, but Zane is anything but an ordinary wolf and there's something about the feisty woman that calls to him. He's also there to do a job not that she knew that right away, but still.
Their chemistry is off the charts, but Ashlee's old prejudices just might get in the way of the good thing they could have. Not to mention there's still a pixie out there how wants her all to himself.
Ashlee is tough as nails, she'll go into a fight every time even if the odds aren't in her favor. She doesn't allow anyone to push her into something and will go to bat to protect what's hers.
Series overview
Something about this series as a whole so far. Each story is short, that's just they way they are. While I like many may want a longer book at times these were great as they are. Short steamy little stories you can easily read in one sitting, each one is different and unique in it's own way.
